Highly disappointing quality of network and cable reliability

In the last month I can’t even recall the number of issues Cox has had with cable and internet stability and quality of service. Typical “we see a network issue in your area” message on the app when this happens. I spend $300 a month for all of the services and I would like a discount considering I’m not getting the service I am paying for. It may be time to look elsewhere.
