- BeckyModeratorHi John Bond, your Cox account number and user ID are tied to the physical address where services are provided. When/if you install Cox services at another property/address, a second Cox account will be established. To order service for the second address, call 800-337-4083 during the hours of 8am – 8pm Monday through Friday, or 9am – 6pm on Saturdays. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
