Help with wifi

What do you mean "reset"? Factory reset? If so, hold the WPS button on the back(above the phone plugs) for 60 seconds. It needs to be the FULL 60 seconds though, or else it will just activate WPS, which is a process to add wifi devices without a password, like printers.
