having connection issues since outage last night

there was an outage last night, ever since it ended my modem wont stay connected, it drops and reconnects over and over. ive tried pasting info but it keeps saying its spam and wont post, so im tryin...

anyone know how to let it allow me to post the log from the modem or how the ping is not working ? every time i try it says its spam and deletes it
