35 Up is not what is advertised, is my point.

Good Morning Allan,
I can understand if a service is not available in my area, but I cannot tolerate blatantly being lied to. There is no language to indicate that my max speed is limited to 35 Mbps Upload before actually purchasing the service.
I'll direct you to my first screenshot on the original post. There are no asterisks or notes otherwise on the full details of my internet plan that would indicate this limit. This is the exact page I saw when I upgraded. How am I as a customer to know this limit is there before signing up? I feel this is blatantly unfair and deliberately misrepresentative.

Having worked at an ISP (not COX) before I can tell you what they always told us to tell customers. "It's up to that speed, your speeds may not reach that for *insert variety of reasons here*". Hey look there it is!
I'm not saying it's not bull but that's really all you're going to get out of them.

Hi Allan,
I was wondering if you have a response to my comment from last week? I haven't heard anything from a Cox Representative other than yourself, and as a loyal customer for 10+ years at this point, that's pretty disrespectful to be ignored like that.
