A friend of mine with Cox is having a positive issue. Gigablast service, download speed is ok but upload speed is around 105/mb from any computer or phone using any speed test service. Is anyone else seeing this? I googled and googled but found nothing on it
Yup, if your in a area that has upstream OFDMA channel you get 1/10th your download speed as upload speed. Looks like you are getting a little above that so it is probably over provisioned. See here for discussion.
