Hi, you will still be able to receive your email in Outlook but you will need to change the server names once we change to Yahoo.
Please send me the instructions for Outlook

Please take a look at the following link for the information that you're asking for: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/imap-server-settings-yahoo-mail-sln4075.html.

Hi Stephanie - the link above redirects you to this page:
A while ago - I was given the following info that we would need to change inbound and outbound server info - which is what I believe the above question is referring:
Outbound: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Inbound: imap.mail.yahoo.com
I have not seen this verified yet in any communication from cox - I got it from a help desk person.

I've tried both below and neither work.
Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server
- Server - imap.mail.yahoo.com
- Port - 993
- Requires SSL - Yes
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server
- Server - smtp.mail.yahoo.com
- Port - 465 or 587
- Requires SSL - Yes
- Requires authentication - Yes
and also
Incoming Mail (POP) Server
- Server - pop.mail.yahoo.com
- Port - 995
- Requires SSL - Yes
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server
- Server - smtp.mail.yahoo.com
- Port - 465 or 587
- Requires SSL - Yes
- Requires TLS - Yes (if available)
- Requires authentication - Yes

Thanks so much for bring this to my attention! I would think that this information would be included in the last of the emails that go out when the account is ready for the Yahoo transition.
