Why can I no longer access my email, the page comes up blank? I need this rectified ASAP.
Hi Hobeau, we've made some recent changes to our email server, to protect email accounts and email messages. Going forward, any emails sent from a Cox.net email address will require TLS v.1.0 security encryption or later. Please ensure that the latest email application on your device's operating system is up-to-date. Our Cox.net Webmail is not impacted by these changes. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
