email STILL not correct

Having severe issues with Cox email.  Sending from my desktop client hasn't worked since Friday evening.  Receiving email has been sporadic at best.  Wifes POP account now also having trouble sending.

Spent an hour yesterday with elevated tech support and no answers.  They gave me a ticket # and said to wait until Tues. or Wed then call back if issue not fixed.

Cox, this is a miserable change to YOUR cox services.

    Thank you for contacting Cox Social Media forum. I located the ticket that's being worked but once all server settings are checked we will suggest checking with the software manufacturer. Thanks
