I'm trying to envision what the Cox webmail page is doing. You're in webmail and a pop-up appears on screen to re-log-in...or the page redirects you to the log-in page?
I don't believe the page is scripted for a pop-up. Maybe. Scan your PC for maliciousness lately?
I am in my email and then the pop up comes up, it rolls over to a blank white screen and then
my email comes back. Sometimes it continues to happen and it will not stop. If I am writing and email and it happens, I lose the entire email. Hope that helps.

This looks like phishing. What email account did you configure for Outlook?
If you have an ad-blocker on your browsers, the "blank white screen" is/was indicative to a pop-up ad on Cox webmail after sending an email. However, the white screen had an ""X" on the upper-right to close. I use "was" and "had" because my Cox webmail account no longer pops up this blank screen.
Does it for anyone else?

After sending email from Webmail, a blank white screen will appear. Select your "Sent objects" folder. A copy of the email you just sent should be there if your Webmail is set up to save a copy of sent email.

One other thing to check is your email quota. Scroll to the bottom of your Webmail folders. In the lower left, you should see "Mail quota" with the amount of storage you have used of the 2 GB allowed.

I think I am going to get my email through Outlook. it's the only way I am not getting that pop up. I used it all day yesterday and never had a problem.
I just click on the envelope in the task bar without having to sign in every time
as oppose to using Coxs server? Should I just sign out of Coxs server? I can't see all my emails on outlook.
What do you think?
Thank you all for taking the time to help me.
