Same issue here. Nest claims it is cox.net not delivering the email.

Cox is aware of the issue that customers may be experiencing delayed email notifications delivery from Nest.
We have validated that there is no delay with Cox email.
The issue is occurring with the sender, Nest, and Google.
There is no estimated time for resolution.
Inform the customer that the delays are from the sender, Nest, and Google, who are working to resolve the issue.
