E-mails lost

On August 11, 2020, I accidentally deleted my email from inbox and trash. Is there a way to restore my inbox to August 10, 2020 content?

I had some very valuable emails that were lost. Is there a way to restore them?

    not that i'm aware of except recovery software.

    lesson leaned, create folders for emails you want to keep.
