We have had cox for at least 20 years..My husband passed away ..the cox bill kept going up and I could not afford it so I transferred to something a little cheaper.  I would like to keep my e-mail address but am told there would be a $10.00 per month charge...With 20plus years I feel I should be able to keep it free...I am 83.
