Dynamic Range Window violation and "RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power Exceeds Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW

So I have a Arris SB8200, and it seems this kinda thing always happens this time of year. The drop line has been replaced twice in 3 years. Which leads me to believe it's something at the plant or no...

We may need to have a technician back out to investigate. I do see where a maintenance technician was out back in January and they had to replace some parts related to an amplifier. We cannot say for sure if it is the same type of issue or not. A field technician would need to diagnose the signal to the home first and if needed would forward a request to maintenance with their findings at that point.
