We may need to have a technician back out to investigate. I do see where a maintenance technician was out back in January and they had to replace some parts related to an amplifier. We cannot say for sure if it is the same type of issue or not. A field technician would need to diagnose the signal to the home first and if needed would forward a request to maintenance with their findings at that point.
