Dynamic Range Window violation and dropping connection
I am using a NetGear AC1600 Cable/Wifi modem. I keep losing my connection and upon reviewing the event log on the modem I am receiving a number of errors.
“Dynamic Range Window violation”
I have to reset the modem to clear this up. This has been going on for months.
Can you help clear this problem up?
I can send you my modem information after I reset modem and all channels are locked, Power and SNR are great
