cox won't let me pay my bill from a foreign location

I am in Japan for an extended stay and Cox won't let me pay my bill.  When I try to log in, it requires the last 4 digits of my SSN and then says they are not the correct digits.  When I try live cha...

Hi Kid, I'm sorry for the difficulty logging in while overseas. We have an IP-whitelisting process in place that will allow you to log in while in Japan. Please email our team at cox.help@cox.com so we can gather the necessary information to resolve this for you. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
