COX WATCH TV. CH. 30 ESPN is the only channel that tries to start/picture shows up frozen but then attempting to resume....repeating..... all other channel work and if i use espn/watch official websi...

    says...trouble on our end...try in a few.....30+ min in,  and im from chicago..    MLB NOT WORKING.
