COx services is horrible now

I have been a Cox client for 20+ years but lately they are just horrible.  The internet at my residence is intermittent and for months I have been trying to solve this with their technicians over the chats and calls, allways the same 'reboot' blablabla.. tired of this I have been arranging for an technician visit to my house and after weeks of waiting Cox just called me after my original appoitment time to say that they re schedule things to a time that I am not available. In the same call their representative Lynn just hand up on me when I asked to talk to her manager as I tried to bring this mess to their superior attentions.  Shame on Cox, not delivering a service which I already paid.  Really disappointed and feel robbed.

Your modem is reporting metrics slightly outside of our preferred specifications, so a service call is the appropriate course of action.
