Cox says they can't update my modem's firmware.

Modem Firmware for Netgear AC1200 Model C6220 has version V1.02.01 but per Netgear it needs to be V1.01.26 for Cox. Netgear says "Firmware upgrades are pushed down by your ISP." Cox tech support supe...

when you're in the netgear admin page you might have an option to check for updates.
