cox provided modem - blast or beep in the night.

What is going on? I do think the box was hit by an electrical surge a few months ago. Random noises in the night since then. ARRIS Model TG1682G -- Panoramic Wifi . Used for streaming ot Roku TV...

what speed are you paying for?

have you had cox send a re-boot signal from their end??
