Cox panoramic router/modem noticeably buzzes

My Cox panoramic router/modem noticeably buzzes all the time.  I got a replacement and had the same problem.  Do others have the same problem?

I don't rent the unit (it is part of the 1 year package i got), but I am thinking about buying my own router/modem that doesn't buzz
