No the issue is not the router I have tried to run it directly to the modem and get the same issue

Hi User, all your modem metrics are well within our preferred specifications; I'm not able to detect any issues. Nor have any of your traceroutes shown issues on the Cox network. MIMO events are an indicator that the modem has reset. For comparison purposes, it might be beneficial for you to test a different modem. I'm curious to see if the constant resets continue when using a different device. Cox will pro-rate the monthly rental fee if you'd like to test a different modem for a week or two. You can also get a modem from any other retailer, as long as it is on the list of compatible devices at www.cox.com/.../cox-certified-cable-modems.html. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
