Cox Internet Connections ***

Why is Cox internet faulty constantly at my house?  Is this just another way for Cox to take more of my money?

How are my kids supposed to do their "Remote" learning if they can't even connect?  This is beyond ridiculous now.

    Can you directly connect a device to your Internet modem to test your connection?
