Cox Email Problems

Anyone else having serious problems using Cox email today?  I am trying to send emails but when I go to start a new email it takes a minute until it loads and by that time the server time is out.  In fact, nothing seems to be working right using a Cox website for email!  Nothing has worked right since the last update!

    I'm not receiving emails either!   This is really messing up my business.  This is really bad!!!

      I'm sorry you're experiencing email issues. I've reported this to our mail team so we can investigate.

    While I wasn't able to duplicate the error you received, I did have some latency. I'll get this reported. I apologize for the trouble. Thank you for letting us know.

      This is still a big problem - I have people asking why I'm not responding and after spending hours on this ...  guess what it's still not resolved. Where are my missing messages?  Not on server

      I also just realize that I'm not getting my emails by having my husband send me a test email and it has never arrived and usually get a lot of emails by this time of the day and I have not gotten anything new in hours
