Constant network outages for weeks!
- We have been experiencing continuous “outages in our area” for weeks! We depend on internet for our jobs and this is interfering with our ability to work. It’s completely unacceptable. We pay $200 a month and for the past two weeks we haven’t been able to rely on consistent internet. I certainly hope Cox intends to compensate their customers for not receiving the services we’re paying for, and that they get this issue fixed immediately.
