More of the same, last night and again this morning
Once again your upstream signal levels are really low, it seems like your upstream connection is not good.

I know this is an issue on COX end. & I'm going to continue to document every last bit of it on their forums until they fix it WITHOUT charging me.
I've lived in Vegas for more than 10 years and have had a variety of problems over the years (also would troubleshoot everything for my grandfather and now my parents). First thing they do is try to blame your equipment if you don't rent it from them. And even when the issue is NOT inside the house, they will always try to charge you $75 for the service call.
I pay plenty for my service every single month, and at this point, COX either can't or won't provide me with the service I pay for. & this needs to be fixed.
