Hi Sgerb, we've made recent changes to our servers, to ensure that customer privacy information remains safe and protected. Emails sent from a Cox.net email address will require TLS v.1.0 security encryption or later. Please ensure that the operating system on your device is up-to-date. Also, I would recommend deleting the username and password and re-entering them in both your incoming and outgoing email settings to see if that resolves the issue. -Kevin M.
