When accessing your email outside of the country, there is an added layer of security that prevents mail from being sent out using Cox email servers to prevent spammers from using our servers to send out spam. This is likely why you are seeing this message. We will need to put in a ticket to our mail team to have your account white-listed temporarily so that you can send email while out of the U.S. If you happen to have an alternate email account, you can email us at cox.help@cox.com or you can also reach us on Twitter (@CoxHelp) or Facebook.
