Cannot log into my San Diego Cox account

I consistently get an error that I am trying to log in from overseas.    My computer has never been overseas. 

Trying to debug slow internet access.  Am i porting overseas ? or East Coast?

does cox not exist on the west coast?

is there a way to fix this?

    I'm getting the same thing here in New Orleans, error code 20, something about a TCP connection.  Anyone know what to do?

    Same in CA as well. Could be they're having a database outage, I doubt they'd lock people out of their accounts. Or could be that everyone's packet loss is so bad, Cox's firewalls are dropping TCP requests 😮

        The Cox app on my iPhone seems to be working but can't get the level of detail I was looking for.

      I'm in Arizona. The same story here.

      Error code 20

      Their chat support does not respond. Their phone support does not respond as if they don't exist anymore.
