Cannot find outgoing server
Why can I not send emails in Outlook? I changed my setting a few months back and everything was working fine until abut a week ago?

Please remove the "west" from both server names. For the incoming mail server please try "imap.cox.net" and incoming should be "smtp.cox.net" with the SSL box checked. Please give that a try and let us know how that works.
