It's January and this issue is still a thing. Proof that cox only cares that you have you're internet on autopay and don't really care for quality of service, but since they are the only provider in my area, I'm stuck with them. Two techs, over 10 calls(hour long) and a "tech guru" that one of the techs called asking for help. STILL NO ANSWER!!

Did you find the solution? This issue has been active since november... How incompetent are cox techs smh.
