Can I get a call back? Been on hold 2.5hrs

I am supposed to get a call on Wednesday for a service move. I work from home so this is VERY important. 

Due to a data breach, I had to change my phone number ALL I want to do is tell the service guys my new phone number. 

Current time on hold is 2:31:04 I really do have other things to do and other calls to make. 

I've already written the lyrics to 3 songs for the hold music.
