Blocked Email Addresses

What is the point of "blocking" certain email senders if their junk just keeps landing in my Inbox???

Does anyone else have this problem? Can someone provide a solution that really works???

    I wouldn’t like it either if that happened to me, so I understand why you feel the way you do. Let me get to the bottom of this. First, I’d like to look at your account.       Hi CrystalS,

      1. Select an email from the sender you want to block.
      2. Click the More icon that resembles three horizontal bars.
      3. Click Block sender.

      is exactly what I have done but it did not work.

      I will send an email to cox.help@cox.com per your instructions.
