Billing

Why do Cox change the billing date to the beginning of the month.

What happened to my 15 days paid, do you just keep it?

    Like many other providers, we bill for services one month in advance. If there are any changes mid billing cycle, the changes are reflected in the upcoming statement. I would be more than happy to review any recent changes on your bill. Please if you would send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with your full name and address. Be sure to include this URL.
