Billing statement
Why am I being charged $153 if am on conect to compet my bill is only $19.95 a month. I was told that if a technician came i would not be charged because I was on a protection plan
Their billing and over all customer service is soon unprofessional . My home security cam wouldn't work with my phone so I had someone come to try fix it ,I only had the service 2 months when problem began. I was told over phone to return camera for refund so I did.Then was told you can't get refund unless it's 30 days after purchase.i said why would I return it if it was okay within 30 days? Supervisor said they have that in place because some people just can't afford it and want to return for a refund!!! Not only if she insulting her customers who keep them in business and pays her paycheck she wouldn't even give me her name so I could properly report her. So not only do they have my cameras ..I'm without security and they won't adjust my bill.
