Why am I being charged $153 if am on conect to compet my bill is only $19.95 a month. I was told that if a technician came i would not be charged because I was on a protection plan

How long have you had service? If you are within the first 30 days and you have a technician come out, it converts the self install to a $100 pro install. There may be other charges on the bill as well, I would look at the actual bill,
