Beware of false advertising on website “upgrades”

Beware of the “upgrade for 50 cents LESS than your current plan” on Cox Upgrade page. Cox is a scam artist. Upgraded for the website price... told me it was actually going to be $20 more than the “50 cents less than your current plan”... like it states on THEIR website... even with the “all-in” pricing - which is a total scam by the way, says it includes equipment and surcharges.. it doesn’t. What Cox is doing is called false advertising, this will be reported to the BBB.
