Being honest is better
Yesterday was the fourth time I called Cox claiming a low service connection, we're paying for a service we don't have. All four times I was told that they had technicians working on the problem and that they would solve it as soon as possible. Yesterday I had an exam to take and when I called I was told that would be ready by 7pm, but that never happened, I would just like them to recognize that it would not be able to be solved, every time I call they tell me the same thing, and honestly I don't believe them anymore.
