Same exact issues in North Phoenix. Have my own hardware and I've used it fine at my neighbor's with another isp with full speeds. I'm getting 10mbps or lower download. This is awful. I'm 99% I'm being throttled. I reset my modem to get new provisioning and the speed is fine for two minutes and then it locks right back down. Paying for an unlimited data cap and 500 down.

I can understand how frustrating slow speeds are. Cox doesn't block, throttle, or otherwise interfere with customers' internet signals. If you need assistance please send us an email us at cox.help@cox.com with your full name and address.
