AutoPay doesn't work!
I have used Cox AutoPay for YEARS. My card # is the same, but has a new expiration date and security Code. I cannot update this online; I get an error message and advice to call Cox. Three times in 3 months I have done so, with no resolution. I was advised by a Cox Customer Service Supervisor that the Cox system has "issues". REALLY? How do they expect me to pay my bill? Fix it.
