Hello, what issues do you normally experience? Do you have slower than normal speeds or intermittent connectivity? T3 timeouts are essentially caused by noise on the upstream, this could indicate a break in communication with the modem. T3 errors could also be caused by a variety of factors, such as bad connectors, splitters, amplifiers, etc. I've reviewed your modem, and the levels are within the normal specifications, and I'm not detecting any packet loss at this time. -Kevin M.
