Apple mail actions reflected in Cox webmail

Another question How can u make sure that any email action in Mojave Mac mail is also made in Cox Webmail? This is how I got in trouble with storage space.....Deleting emails from Mac Mail did no...

Ok, Thank you, let me ask... if not IMAP, do you know what other server settings are options for use if IMAP is not being used?  But I will say after clicking on Advanced in Account info, it shows "imap.cox.net" as the hostname.  Is that different from what you are describing?

That would be the correct one. The other option would be have been a pop server (pop.cox.net).

    👍 But I'm not sure what happened still.  Some kind of disconnect between the two crashing the 2GB storage and bringing my email to a halt

    I need to spend more time using webmail to understand how it and Mac Mail interact
