After outages in my area, no upload speed
Outages occur pretty regularly here in Norfolk, VA. And often times after it is “resolved” I find myself with little to no upload speed. Although I’m paying for up to 30 mbps. The usual response from tech support is my equipment is broken.
i have replaced the modem with a Cox approved device. And have tried the Cox provided equipment and even replaced the router. There is no way it’s my equipment.
couple questions. Could it be the wiring up to or in my house?
anything to reduce my bills if I’m not being provided the speeds I’m paying for?
