Account login security issue

The account login page checks the Remember Me box.  For better security, it should default to no check.  Security should be opt-in.

Every time I log in, I have to uncheck the Remember Me box.  Additionally, if I try to uncheck the box before entering login info, it presents an error. Simply unchecking a box before selecting Submit should not produce an error.

Is there any way to change this behavior?

    sorry but i don't want to have to remember every login/pw & happen to like the remember me box.
