3.0 to 3.1 , its not working well COX
I just updated my modem to 3.1 and the line keep dropping all the time ... upgraded to Gigabit and its not even close to getting over 200MB down ..
I'm shocked you can market a product and deliver ...

I think this "upgrade experience" was just a marketing ploy to push the Panoramic. Some claim it's for a more efficient network but if your experience didn't improve...or got worst...who exactly benefits from the efficiency?
