2 weeks without internet?
I’m finishing up week two and heading to week three without internet! Had the modem replaced 3 times. Have had 4 technicians sent out and they all say the same thing! It’s at the tap and the line men need to come out. Call Cox at the end of week one to be told “sorry, but if you’re the only one out, you’re not really a priority” I work from home and my kids are homeschooled, Cox is currently the only high speed provider in our neighborhood also!
