So according to your interpretation "complimentary S24" means my payment plan that I pay will allow me to get a complimentary S24 from Cox. Is that what your interpretation is of this ad? What a great way for Cox to do business.
I'm not a Cox employee so what I say is not Cox doing business. The website I found includes "complimentary iPhone 16 and Samsung Galaxy S24" at the top of the page. But it's not totally free to you because you must add a new mobile line. To whom and how credits are to be applied over the next 24 months is sufficiently vague that you probably should have gotten further clarification before entering into a contract.
