Contour 2/Record 6 Boot Failure
I have tried all that tech support has suggested, and gotten nowhere, insofar as getting box to properly boot up. Any helpful suggestions welcome. Thank you.

That could be either a signal issue or an issue with the box itself. Make sure all connections with the coaxial cable are tight as well. We may need to have a technician out to investigate further.
