Phishing website

In the past 2 days, a phishing website pops up, that' annoying, wondering if any cox users have the same issue? Please see the attached screenshot.

Do you see the "best-lucky" in the address bar?  This is malware.  You have either a program or extension redirecting your browser to a variant of the "lucky" website.  You can easily remove it.
