Unable to cancel hulu

The spectrum email I received talked about getting free streaming apps. I signed up for Hulu  I was told by representative that if I didn’t transfer everything over to spectrum I would Be charged for Hulu after 30 days. I have tried numerous ways to cancel my Hulu subscription. I tried on the Cox website. I tried on the spectrum website. I tried on the Hulu app. I am unable to cancel it. Can anybody help me?

You need to sign up through your cox dashboard, not directly through Hulu.

hello  I cox app directed me to spectrum and then to Hulu where I signed up - my problem is I am unable to cancel Hulu  on any of the platforms -

Hulu is combined with Disney+ when it's included with your tv plan. If that's how you signed up I think you would need to delete your account through the app rather than unsub.... Unless you signed up for no ads which costs $. You probably should call spectrum.

Thank you for the advice. I will try calling spectrum again - if I am unable to resolve this issue then I’m going to the Cox store where I can actually talk to a person face-to-face
